Fitra is the Arabic word for natural disposition: the natural condition of the human being.
In the past few years, our diets have changed drastically.
Ultra-processed food is more common and we live in a more fast paced stressful environment which again ultimately affects our food choices.
Health is in our control. We choose what we eat and choose the life we lead.
It’s all about creating a balance. There is no need to exclude any food from our diet, unless you have been advised by a qualified health practitioner to do so, in order to manage an allergy or any intolerances or sensitivity. Eliminating a food group completely out of your life will have a impact on your overall health and wellbeing. Everything we do in life should be in moderation and balanced to achieve real wholeness.
In order to regulate our health imbalances we need to bring balance into our lives—and that means mind, body, and spirit.
What do we hope to achieve?
